Shipping Policy

At mhafu.com, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (excluding taxes and discounts). Orders under $100 will be subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Please note that during peak periods—including holidays, major sales, or promotional events—processing times may be slightly extended.

Express Shipping

Need your order faster? We offer expedited shipping options within the U.S.
Shipping rates for express delivery are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mhafu.com. We will send you an address and return information for the refund. Please ship your item to us via a trackable method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item and return is accepted, we will either provide an exchange or credit the original form of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and exclusive products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Download Information for Digital Product Sales

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link for your digital product. You can also access your downloads directly from your account under "My Orders" if you created one during checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive your files without delay. If you encounter any issues accessing your download, feel free to contact us for support.
